I recently requested a recommendation, on a fb forum I belong to, for a window cleaning company. I received several recommendations and called three places, left voicemail and received only one call back. TMG Cleaning called back promptly and made the effort to accommodate me with a very short notice. Since no one else called back, I went ahead with TMG. Absolutely no regrets! They did an amazing job on my windows/ screens. They were professional, helpful, and very pleasant. I highly recommend them! I also discovered that they have many other services such as painters, plumbers and much more. They’ll definitely be my go to. The crew that came to my home( Walter and Demi) were wonderful, very pleasant and detail oriented. Five star for the crew as well! ~ Vivian T

When my brother-in-law's sewer line backed up on Saturday morning, and a plumber he had been put in contact with was available to come out on Monday, I let him know I had a better option. Mateo & Daniel with TMG Plumbing & Disaster Solutions came out within a few hours, and the problem was solved in just over 1 hour. If you want to know that a sewer line backup problem is really solved, there's no way to do that unless you camera the line all the way to the sewer main in the street. They ran their camera 110' to the sewer main in the street, and we now know the job is done with the blockage cleared and there are no additional repairs needed! ~ Greg H

TMG was a god send from the start. From coming out the day I found the issue to working with me and my family through the rebuild and insurance claim I couldn’t ask for a more professional and organized business. Tyler and his team of men (special shout out to Max) who dealt with weeks of rebuilding with screaming children and my big dog !!! Dealing with the insurance company was the hardest part of the whole ordeal and Danielle literally held my hand through the process. I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else for any future plumbing issues !! I was overwhelmed and full of asbestos and couldn’t be more grateful for the services provided. After every day of work the space was cleaned and there was nothing left around for my children to find or break which took stress off my plate as children are children. Thank you TMG and team !!! Our porch was never built correctly and was falling apart. I called a few contractors and either never got a call back or received estimates that were never followed up with. Finally a co-worker recommended TMG Companies and they delivered. My phone inquiry was immediately answered. An estimator came out within a week to make a quote for a deck, stairs, and overhang. A proposal was emailed 3 days later and once I accepted they started work in 2 days! The project took about 4 days but stretched out a week due to weather. I’m super pleased with the result. High quality workmanship, professional and kept me up to date daily. It’s extremely sturdy and well built everything up to code and I will definitely recommend them for future projects!!! Not only does the owner work along his employees while performing the same duties, he continues to be in contact and check in with his crews at another job site, as well as receiving and taking phonecalls whether it's from current clients keeping in touch and disgussing current business with the company or growing his business with new clients while staying ambitious to keep his customers happy. Earlier this year we had a very bad water leak in our 2nd floor kitchen/dining/living room while we were away. We did some quick research on the web and found TMG. We called TMG and they were there immediately and identified the issue to be a leaking faucet. The water had spread in the kitchen area, the downstairs laundry room and garage. It was a major issue. TMG performed their remediation process to dry out all the areas needed. We also used TMG to rebuild the upstairs kitchen/dining/living main room and downstairs laundry room and garage. They did a great job working with us and our insurance company every step of the way. The work they performed was top notch and everything came out excellent. All the workers that came out to our house were super nice, knowledgeable and talented hard workers. We are very happy with all the work they performed. We would highly recommend using TMG. I can't praise Tyler and TMG enough. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday, and TMG was the only company that was able to come through, and fix my problem the same day, within a few hours of me calling them for help. The whole process was easy, and Danielle who took my call explained everything very clearly, and I knew what to expect from a service and cost point of view up front. There was a lot of good communication provided by TMG. A clear set of paperwork was sent to me to approve the work. Tyler sent multiple texts stating the time window when they would arrive, and when they were en-route. The best part of the experience came when Tyler showed up with his helper and immediately got to work fixing my issue. They knew what they were doing, and were in and out quickly. They also made sure all the plumbing was working as expected before they left. I would HIGHLY recommend TMG for your plumbing emergencies. ~ Marc E

Tyler and TMG Plumbing & Disaster Solutions were life savers on multiple occasions. I’ve called on them for 2 separate jobs, both after hours and they truly answered the calls without hesitation. One incident dealt with mold and the other plumbing. I came back to a full basement floor filled with water. Not only did this gentleman get back to me on no sleep dealing with a whole network of customers battling the same problem, he managed his team to get to me in less than two hours on a Sunday. Thanks Taylor, Paul and the rest of the team. UPDATE 9/23/23. TMG just completed a total remodel of our kitchen and mud/laundry room. Tyler, Paul, Paul Jr. Renaldo, Metaoe and the rest of the crew worked with all the changes we made after initial consultation, helped with the process of finding an electrical contractor as well as hunting down the materials when they were late or we need more. From begining to end a GREAT experience and I we are over the moon with our basically, new home, as they did everything we asked and needed. Daniel was the bomb when needed and I can't thank the TMG team enough. The amount of contractors out there is staggering, but I will never use anyone else if I need work done at my house. I was very impressed with TMG Companies LLC and will gladly use their services in the future. The whole process was a breeze and everyone I spoke too was so professional and polite. I called TMG as I had an emergency situation with a water leak. This company provided excellent communication throughout. They sent a tehnician to my house in the middle of a bad snow storm. The tech determined that my water leak was not a plumbing issue, but he was able to figure out what caused it. This enabled me to take steps to stop the leak. I highly recommend TMG, as they didn't even charge me for the service call because it wasn't a plumbing issue. These are honest people. They even offered to help me with the insurance claim process! ~ Rafael R

What can I say, when you have sewage backing up into your house you want help right away and you want the people who show up to be capable and experienced. We can't forget Paul. These two were incredible.Caleb knew exactly what Paul needed and ran to the truck to get it. Paul is an amazing person and incredibly gifted in his trade. He is very smart and puts incredible details into his work. Caleb and I learned so much from Paul and I am humbled to be able to provide him the work experience to achieve his potential. TMG handled a huge water damage, mold remediation, & rebuild job in Montville, CT for me recently. I can’t say enough about how great this company is to work with. Not only were they able to help with the emergency call in the middle of the night but TMG also handled the insurance process for rebuild so we could get the home back to normal ASAP! Having a contractor in this industry that can handle things from start to finish is what sets TMG apart from the rest. They truly are a one stop shop for all things water, fire, and mold! From start to finish! While shopping around for a specialist in this field, it was brought to my attention that most of the local companies could help with the immediate clean up etc but not with the repairs since they aren’t licensed plumbers. THANK YOU TMG! PS- Brandy was an absolute doll to deal with in the office. She made the process as easy as it could be for what could be considered difficult times. This is the second time we had TMG come in an do work for us. We had them do our living room and hallway rugs, our kitchen/wash room area tiles and clean our windows inside and out. As before, they did a tremendous job. The tile floor is much brighter with the grout lines light tan instead of dark tan. The living room rug that was stained due to our older dog came out very clean. As for the windows, clean!. Tyler and his worker showed up on time and were finished in a very reasonable time period. We hired TMG for a large interior painting job and they did a great job. Chris and Will were hard workers, friendly, and very respectful while in our home. They showed great care for their work, reviewing what they had done with me daily and updating me on progress. Tyler stopped by several times during the week to monitor the work and even had Chris come back to do touch ups later when requested. Highly recommend this company..Tyler Gonzalez came to do an estimate on my broken pipe, gave me estimate and started work the same day. Chad and his crew did an amazing job of excavation to find the water pipe. Justin and Adam the plumbers did an excellent job of installing the new pipe to the house. Got Tyler Gonzales’ name from a friend. He called me back very fast after I had no call backs from 5 other plumbing companies. Paul Lynn was the plumber that came out. He was VERY nice. His work was fast and well done. Up graded a sump pump and replaced a stretch of pipe with pinhole leaks. He also pointed out potential problems that should be corrected soon without and pressure. The price seemed about average for the work. No big surprises. Will definitely use TMG again. ~ Michael B

I was looking for a mold remediation service and I interviewed 2 companies before coming across TMG and they were the right choice! Tyler and Paul both guided me and assured me of how they could help and guided me through the process of how and when it would be done! This company was so responsive and answered all my questions( and there were plenty) leading up to the day of the remediation. Tyler came to my home with Paul early in the morning set up the plastic got all the equipment up and going did help with installing a vent fan for the bathroom to help with the mold in the bathroom to be removed and the moisture to escape to help mold stay gone. I am so happy I hired them they are so honest, dependable, friendly and above all else professional. I just started doing renovations on my home, so I asked about my kitchen and they pointed me I. We woke up this morning to a large amount of water in our basement after the big rain storm we just had. So we called TMG just before 5 AM and before I knew it Tyler and his amazing crew were here getting the job done. TMG's punctuality, professionalism, very fair pricing and customer service was beyond our expectations so we are getting Tyler and his crew to come back to install a sump pump.
